Physical Therapy

 The postpartum experience requires just as much intentionality as our prenatal experience. Here’s an idea of what you can expect from our postpartum support services:
- unlimited call, text, and email support 
- help organize and set up nursery 
- light cleaning and household chores 
- meal planning/preparation 
- sibling care 
- assistance with errands 
- education/assistance with nursing, pumping/ or bottle-feeding 
- infant care: bathing, diapering, and soothing techniques 
- massage + physical comfort measures 
- review of babywearing + baby product basics 
- review of body mechanics for handling baby while healing post-birth 
- access to lending library 
- access to resource list tailored to your needs and location 
- fresh nourishing herbal tea to improve milk supply and recovery 
- month supply of herbs for infusion baths to aid in healing perineal/ or scar tissue 
- 1-2 prenatal visits to set up a Postpartum plan
